I had been in Mexico before ... as in all undeveloped countries they have even more Internet Cafés than they have Cucarachas ... and it usually costs less than $2 per hour.

I'm sitting in my hotel room right now in The Omni on my laptop with internet access so yeah it does have net access.

When you come here, inquire about the package available which costs $60 per week with no extra charges.

I booked it in advance so not sure if you had to do the same, its dial up but at least its not soo bad
