People are confusing the most votes ever with a Bush beat Kerry margin.. The Margin of loss was not that big... It was actually quite close.
If Bush got the most votes ever, then Kerry got the most votes ever for a looser.. There were a lot of voters overall this election..
Im sure Kerry as a looser got more votes than Clinton ever did as a winner..
