GallerySubmitter is cool. It's free if you want to use their sponsors. And you have to pay $1.25 or so per submit to use your own sponsors. I think they have a monthly, 1 submit per day package.
Traffic with
Chameleon Submitter is a bit higher compared to the traffic from Gallery Submitter.
Both are great tools. I use 'em both regularly, so they each have a place in my workflow.
