i think Asia is a seperate VISA region, I don't think any of the third party processors can process for an Asian based company.
You will have to do what Canadians, Australians and others have done and either set up a corporation in either the US or Europe to use any of CCBILL, Jettis, IBILL or EpochPaycom. Or get your own merchant account from any country and use Netbilling or somebody like them who provides a payment gateway for credit cards.
What about all the sites in Japan? Have you looked to see who is processing credit cards for them?

Check out verotel, they seem to have solid relations with asian banks. I get japanese sign ups through them and I'm pretty sure I saw a japanese paysite using them (Can't remember which though ^_^)
