I suspect it was a very clever publicity stunt (which must have worked) as I bet it got the site lots more new people looking at it.
I congratulate them on such a clever way to promote themselves.

A day later, xbiz with new look, plus a vid boasting of the new look.
Clearly xbiz was not hacked.
