We are peeking all the time to U.S.A. and compare our partner program(s) with others(only a handful of our webmasters are working on the U.S. market).
We are located in Europe/Germany and sure, markets are different but we came to the conclusion that if you pay your webmaster 40 bucks for a free trial you must cheat or have a lot of money for wasting - here and there.
imho there is so much crap out there that will feed this thread the next years...
I think today the biggest flop here in Germany is the dialer.

I would say they were a major flop in one aspect, but they probably made some serious bank on their scam before it finally died. Fuckers.
