Osama bin Laden has just sent a hand writen message to G.W.Bush on it was what george thought was some sort of code 370HSSV-O773H. He was unable to workout what this meant so he sent it to Colin Powell he did not have any idea either so Colin sent it to John Kerry. He sent it back to George Bush with a short note which said George you trying to read it upside down
