Most countries do not guarantee their citizens the rights of freedom of speech, religion, free press, petition grievence, bare arms, a fair and speedy trial, privacy, private property. These are GUARANTEED in our constitution, most countries guarantee a few of these freedoms in their constitution, but not all of them.
