I can't seem to get any good download speeds. I choose downloads with plenty of bandwith, and users, and a great speed, and still my download speed SUCKS. Im on cable, and kazaa used to work great for me. Any ideas? Anyone know how to tweek the settings?

Unfortunately, I cant pay for what Im trying to download. Due to the crappy ass construction in my building, along with our codes, I cant get HBO or any other good channels. Everyone who lives here is stuck with the channels that are included in our matinence fees, and we cant pay for extras.
