Should Kerry still want to win after seeing congres and senate results?

I mean the republicans are making big wins in the senate as well as congres... wouldn't this just cause a lot of extra problems for Kerry?

IMO he would end up with Bush' mess and get punished for it with the 2008 elections while it isn't his fault.

Oh well, he'll probably not win so he won't have to worry

Yes, you're right. If Kerry had won the Presidency, but the House and Senate were Republican, he would have had a very difficult time passing anything through. This would make it difficult, if not impossible for him to do things like rolling back tax cuts. In 2008 the Republican candidate would have been able to run on a platform of "He hasn't done a thing he's promised".

Either way, looks like Bush will win it.

I'm getting the feeling the elections were rigged, I've read so many bad stories by now

I think it's amazing the voting process is organized by one of the competing parties. Here in Europe every election is organized by an independant organization with no affiliation to either of the participating parties.

Don't you think corruption starts there?
