                                                        Hmmm, about 3 years ago after I had recovered from my health problems, but spent all my money on doctor bills, and my business had basically gone down to nothing, I tried to refinance my house, to get back on my feet, and no one would give me the loan, all except Ameriquest. All I was trying to get was a loan for around 16k, plus the money I owed on my house (less than 50k), they gave me some kind of crazy ass proposal of almost 6k in closing costs, and a variable interest rate starting out at fucking 11%, while everyone else was doing 4-5%, WTF.

                                                        Needless to say I chose bankruptcy over that shit.
