I really wish TNA cash would show referalls so I can see how many of those are thanks to your listing.
If you could guarantee me a guaranteed front page listing each day I would shell out $50 per month... but I need more proof that it's going to have a good ROI.
Do you have any stats on how much you send out to each FP listing on average? If I told you which gallery in your HOF was mine could see how much you've sent to it and the date it was posted so I could compare with my clicks reported by TNA?

I think it's not a question of a lower price, but of guarantess. $50 is not a bad price, never mind the cheap asses, but if you don't guarantee listings or traffic, then anything over 0 is expensive. You'd think in some kind of system like someone else posted above, maybe guarantee an X amount of hits per day or month, but if you want to compete with Easypic or Madthumbs, you'll need something more defined than "pay me 50 bucks and maybe you'll get traffic". A real estimate by position would be handy too, if your top placement gets 8-10k a day, there's no way your bottom listings gets more than 1-2k, and therefore the price is unfair for the one listed at bottom. If your new galleries only stay for a certain amount of time then you could just charge per spot. bunnyteens does it this way, and the price has been slowly creeping up to match the demand... it was $7 about a year ago, now it's $20. I presume he nudges it every time the paid submissions tray starts overflowing.
You would probably make a lot more in the long run with individual submissions for $ rather than partner accounts, since it's a much fairer way to match the amount of galleries that the webmaster will be submitting over a month. You could still require new webmasters to show you some sample galleries before you accept any submissions to keep the quality high.Comment
