I was sent to the guy that deals with the Provisional ballots and after he had me fill out a form and explained how to mark the ballot, he asked me to show him on map where I lived. Let me tell you half the problem at least in Florida is they got these old goats operating computers. The geezer who I was arguing with had to be almost 80 years old and couldn't even work the mouse well and he was hard of hearing and kept asking me to repeat what I was saying.
