    Are rape sites legal ?

    I'm a noob exploring niche ideas and I stumbled on to rape sites, and violent orgies, and some army fellow with guns to the heads of ladys servicing them.

    Are these sites legal? Do authorities even investigate or do they know its all staged ?

      You certainly would not want to try and host them in th US, or, probably, any first world country.

      Host them in eastern europe or Russia and you should be fine.

      I'd get a national in whatever country to register the domain, just to be safe.

                              Legally I think the short answer would be yes. However the long answer might depend on:

                              - where it was shot.
                              - where it is hosted.
                              - which host you choose.
                              - whether or not one/more of your stars alleges otherwise.
