When you're ready to collapse in bed, STOP. Don't do it. Stay awake for like 1 hour. Do anything to keep you awake, talk to your cat or whatever, and during this time drink 2-3 glasses of water. Never fails.

The hard part is reminding yourself to drink the water first before just collapsing on your floor =)
I've drank crazy amounts of alcohol and mixed everything possible, and then downed 5-6 glasses of water before sleeping...no hangovers =)

I know someone who have died from popping a tylenol after too much vodka. But it depends on what your liver can take I suppose.

Drink plenty of water. Drink 2 glasses then if you still get a hangover drink more later. A hangover occurs because you do not have enough water going through the brain because too much water goes to trying to break down the alcahol. eath some food. drink some orange juice, or some juice. then go to the store, buy a bottle of MSM (methyl -sufonyl methane) at your health food store, and a gallon of water. Take the whoel bottle and drink the water.
Now if you knew your stuff, you'de already know this, and wouldn't have to worry about 'oh, what if its bad and i over dose'!
You cant overdose on MSM. And as a matter of fact, if you take enough MSM before going drinking, you cannot get drunk.Comment
