Here is a perfect situation, Hustler releases a magazine... IF you took pictures of the magazine and published them do you think you could be sued? Of course you could....the mouse is no different.
It is far from clear. Until there has been a legal case at a high level, no one can say they know what the outcome will be.

Disney has deep pockets, and I am sure will go after anyone showing pics of their images in porn. After all, they appeal to kids.

I chatted casually with a lawyer about this. He emphasised a final court case would cost well into 6 digits.

But he ventured the opinion that showing a product being used as it is intended to be used, is way more defendable than using it in an inappropriate manner.

Show a girl using a barbie doll as a dildo, and your case is pretty weak.

Showing a girl being interviewed and talking about why she is getting into porn, and having her refer to a copy of Hustler magazine, you may be pretty safe.
