What do you think about wireless and handhelds? If they can't afford computers and are hooked on the web to the point that there are 2 million internet cafes...with wireless access and PDAs things could blow up.
The small numbers posted in this crackdown doesn't seem like they're taking this all that seriously over there. Looks like a show to me. In the case of porn, it's economic. Not much fun jerking off in the middle of an internet cafe
