On the plus side, Verotel hasn't screwed me yet. They had a payout problem from their 900 supplier, owned up to it, and payed it out, even though it took a few months.

IBill, however, had a payout problem with their 900 processor as well. They had no choice but to own up to it, but lied for months about payout dates. Twenty-one months++ later, $4800 owed, no response, no money. I wouldn't trust them with anything in a million years.

I haven't had the same experience with Ibill/Verotel as powerbubba at all. In terms of sign ups I would say Verotel has a slight edge.

Ibill has a higher rate, and it seems every month we get an email about how our reserves are not going to be paid out, or that some of them are going to be held back even though we are and never have been over 1% chargebacks.

We've used Verotel on some sites for almost two years and they always pay the contracted amount. The downside with Verotel is the looming IPSP registration that has to be completed by April 1st, we are not hearing a lot about what needs to be done with this.

Have any Verotel clients had confirmation of their registration forms being received?

do you promote them equally?

Fortunately we'venever been threatened about our reserves. That's not good to hear.
