Webair does do weekly backups for dedicated servers ,no extra charge.
Turns out the server backed up the day that I uploaded the page and so it backed up the page that was blank.
But it's all fixed now and thanks to Mike @ Webair, I'll have daily backups from now on
But I will NEVER edit a live document again without saving a local copy first LOL so hopefully it won't matter !
