Ok, I'm probably venting.....little bit ticked , ok, ALOT ticked, because I screwed up a Live page on one of my sites very early yesterday morning and didn't have a local copy. Totally my own fault for editing it in my ftp program and uploading without making a copy, so I kicked myself and then immediately requested any copy of that page from a recent backup.
Now, since this page has been running live on my site for a day and a half now
, I'm wondering this....
How often does your host backup your server?
and
Why would a particular page NOT be found in a recent backup?
Please share........
If nothing else, I need to vent....anybody that wants to call me and let me bitch them out right now is welcome to
