I lived in Vancouver for 5 years and Victoria for a couple years. The action's in Vancouver, but I found Victoria to be a much more peaceful place to call home.

Nanaimo is a nice central location.

Some of my bodyart/bodypainting models come up from Nanaimo.

I'll ICQ you and we'll cross check our resources. I want to do some live bodypainting workshops and amateur photographer events (probably Nanaimo) and it would be great to get a possie together.

I'm originally from Ontario, so all of my family is here. I spent the past 10 years in Vancouver where I love it so much more, but... well, there were some friends here who wanted to hire me, and the woman of my life who lives here and doesn't want to leave.

So... I gave up the west coast.
