I agree with FindWhat but overture is expensive. I like 7search better.
FindWhat is a pain in the ass when it comes to validating a credit card. They fax your bank etc... paranoid they are. (huh! I just spoke like Yoda)Comment

Best in terms of what, ROI, campaign management, traffic volume/quality?
I personally like Adwords and Overture. Overture I would not recommend as a first PPC engine to try given their high per click minimums but they definitely have the volume, just tighter ROI.

Overture - best mainstream traffic ive ever had
Adwords - Great adult traffic, still converting well.

ePilot doesn't have much traffic. Took me 3 month to deplete 1k with them using 500 adult keywords. ROI is ok.
WG: I'm talking ROI, that's all that counts, no? I mean its all that counts if you run a paysite. You might need volume but you can get that with chinese traffic IMHO.Comment

Not necessarily. Like for me Overture is still profitable but a very low ROI. It's their volume that matters though, they have lots of traffic although the CPA for a join is higher, its still significant.
