          How is this allowed to happen?

          "The girl was raped in 1994 while she was walking to school. Rose was arrested after she told police three weeks later that she believed he was responsible.           I'm sure because of the crime they thought he had commited he had one hell of a tough time in prision. I couldn't imagine.
