MPG or WMV?

because you can view a portion of it while its downloading

depends on what you are doing it for - wmv is better for you to use on your site - bt some mgp sites will not take wmv for some reason

Really? I always submit .wmv and have never had a problem getting listed.

Strictly answering the question - which is more common on users machines - the correct answer is mpeg, but .wmv plays on 95%.

I dont think mac users can view wmv 8 & 9 . . anyone know for sure?
