Especially the ones at those foreign fast food places, but I dont always want to pay $5 for one, because I can eat like 3 of them at once. Is it possible to make it yourself, or possible buy the meat from safeway. I have always wondered this.

That stuff you buy at Safeway isn't going to be the same. I bought it once and it was more like pressed lunch meat than the real thing. Call around, I am sure donair stores will sell you some.

I didnt even know safeway sold such a thing. Are you talking about the donair meat, or one of those microwavable ready to eat donairs
