TGP Owner please help us out!!!

Ok, I am not being a bitch here, but you guys have to work with us a little here. We had a discussion about this 2257 thing weeks ago, and it is ongoing..... so we need a little of YOUR help on this. I have submitted almost everyday this week and am running into a huge problem with a LOT of TGP Scripts...... here is the way MY galleries are laid out:

a logo
15-20 pics, depending on the layout
3 recips
2 (MAX) sponsor links
link to my 2257 page
For a total of 6 links outgoing.

I am getting a TON of rejections, blacklisted and everything else for having too many outgoing links on my gallery.

Example

NOW, again, I am not complaining, but I am running into some rejecting me because I don't have the 2257 link on there, and some that are rejecting it because there is another link added to the pages. Can we please find a healthy compromise on this issue? I am not the only one running into this issue and it is frustrating.

This may be an oversite or whatever, I am not sure, but it would sure help me and others like me if you could adjust your scripts to add one more link outgoing.

Yup. I run into the same thing on a daily basis. Everyone with a 3/k TGP wants to have a custom set of rules that needs to be enforced like some god.

I concentrate on partner accounts and the rest don't get my good galleries

Corleone, thank you babe. Like I said, I am not trying to be a whiner here, but things change and I think we have to make adjustments with this. I make all of mine with a minimum of 10 so they have more room to play on this..... but I think standard is 5 and two sponsor links and recips eat that all up.

AST...... yup, I know. I got told by 2-3 this morning I had NO thumbs on that gallery, and one other said I had too many, their max is like 3...... rotfl

8 is a good number for outgoing links. It seems also that having several links to the same sponsor should be allowed especially if you have a larger header and split the graphic up to make it load faster.

Yeah I agree that if it all goes to the same sponsor it should be ok, but I don't want to be too knit-picky here, so I am fine with that. We just need to make allowances ffor the 2257 link now I think..... now that it is becoming the norm.

The info is still there, and you bypass the too many outgoing links problem

Just keep the 2257 link on there and if you don't want to maybe go down on the sponsor links or recip links then just don't submit to those that reject you...its there problem.

ur better off by creating FREE sites and submitting them to SE's, just make sure its FRESH SHIT!, like lets say a new teen girl comes out, and u make a free site about her, include all her "keywords" etc and submit to SE, wait a few weeks and u'll see the traffic rolling in...

I'm having an issue with the Oct.8 version of Comus Thumbs reporting the incorrect number of offsite links when image hotlinking is not allowed. I'm still waiting for answers. Can you tell me if these TGP's that are giving you problems are running Comus Thumbs?

Of course the exception to that is Rude Bitch who requires it linked (yes I know its with someone else now).

The other alternative is to dump the pokey little TGPs who insist on a ridiculous limit on outgoing links. I did that and can honestly say it didnt make one iota of difference to my income.

Comus is one of the ones giving us this error, yes, but not the only one. It's a setting on the AGP and the norm has always been 5 links.

As for putting it on there? I used to always put it on there until someone told me I couldn't and now a lot of them are telling me I have to. LOL

In case you didn't read what I said, sixxxthsense, I don't ONLY make galleries and submit them, I get my traffic from all kinds of places, that's just one of them. Open your eyes baby. lol

Some gallery owners think they are GOD. They have commandments to abide by or you get blacklisted.

Personally, I own a TGP and have very reasonable rule. You can have 20 outside links as long as your TGP is clean and not misleading.

I also submit galleries and try my best to abide by the "RULES".

i started submitting about 2.5 months agos and my galleries are essentially the same as yours in terms of fetures, some have 2257 and some dont...never been rejected for page reasons or blacklisted....and enjoy 50k a day now

are you using a free host or possibly a banned host? and by rejected what do you mean? like not getting listed or actually getting turned down by the bot that scans submissions?

I have been doing this for more than 5 years.... so I am not new to it, but thanks for the help...

Yes I am using a freehost, but it is my own and there aren't any shady things going on with it, no redirects, pops, headers, footers or anything........ the host hasn't ever been an issue, it is the outgoing links and fact that some HAVE to have those links and some don't allow for them in their scripts.

Nahh.... I got blacklisted by only two, for not following the rules, it was having too many links, and it was my own error...... so I am not complaining about those.

Most all of it is the scripts rejecting, but it is a setting, as I have said a couple of times, that most all scripts can have edited on the numbers of outgoing links.

pornguy... yeah I know it isn't official yet, but I am just getting ready for it now so I don't have to go back and start changing links on god knows how many places.

The sponsor can't lead to multiple exit pages.
No Scat
No fisting
No animals
No Trojans on gallery or at the sponsor
No tool bars, Search Engine installs and other crap as well

I'll need the gallery URL followed by the description. I'll select the category. Description is up to 35 characters.

I'll have them applied to my database and still check them.

The more you have to send the better up to say 300

The gallery looks fine to me. Have no idea if it will convert. I want quality galleries. The conversion part is in your hards and the sponsor.

Ya see... that's exactly why I don't submit galleries. Too many strict, anal retentive, god-like rules.

Ok, that was just a joke. But there should definetly be a standard for TGPs. Linklists have a pretty set standard and so does TGP2. Why can't TGPs?

And I think doober's idea of including the 2257 URL unlinked is an excellent idea.
