I've been here while my 2 houses are being built. Of course I pay for everything and I help out with the family. I stayed while I was in college so that I could actually study without hassle. The house is large enough and I have my own office as well as my room. The week I graduated, I purchased 2 homes and I've been waiting for them to be built ever since.
Call me a late bloomer, but I'm glad I was patient enough to save up the cash for new properties so I don't have to do the apartment thing.
