The soreness lasted for about 5 weeks and for most of that time I had to wear a girdle so everything would heal without getting lumps. After a few weeks you can take it off when you sleep.
Other than the extreme soreness and having to wear that damn girdle there were no problems. I even went back to my work the day after the surgery.
