there are alot of factors to opening your first paysite, first you need to come up with the theme, best bet would be to decide on your theme, look at exisisting sites see what they have or dont have and start shooting content, you will need enough content either produced by you or purchased to maintain and hold a member longer than the inital trial or 30 day membership. depending on what type of content you will show on your shoot look at spending 20-50 bucks for non exclusive to as much as 3000-4000 per shoot exclusive (thats for a gangbang facial shoot)

Make sure its clean, good and not seen on every feed in the web.

While your gathering your content i would contact your designer and start discussing your site, you can spend as little as 300-5k on a desing, we use dickman's designs, yes they are prob one of the more expensive but hands down in our oppinion the best.

you will need to contact a processor or processors, epoch and ccbill are my recomendations, 750 to apply for visa

will you have affilates, if so add another 300-3000 for an affilate site.

Domain costs, webmaster costs, etc are all items you cant forget, imho 10k will get you a fully desinged paysite with content, dont go cookie cutter approach websurfer will just laugh, your tour needs to be quick and good, with nice samples of the work. im sure i left out a few things but this will give you a decent idea on what to expect.
