Anyone who would have been charged, already has. All of the main documents are already missing, tons were in the word trade center building 7 I believe, and its all public opinion. Enron was hot, people wanted action, 9/11 comes along and everyone forgets.
Post again in five years and see how many people are doing time for it.
But yeah, 20 years is way too much especially in the light of hardcore criminals getting much less and Enron being a complete fuck up.Comment
