You keep on proving your ignorance. The Spanish voters didn't yield to terrorism. The Spanish voted to replace a manipulating government which lied to them about that terrorism attack, saying that it was an act of ETA - for their own electoral gain -when they knew full well there was no evidence of that. A government that disrespects the victims of the biggest terrorism attack in the country for their own political gain, doesn't deserve to stay in power. And then I haven't mentioned anything about the scandals and lies concerning the russian Yak plane, Prestige and the Iraq invasion. The spanish that live with terrorism for over 30 years aren't as stupid as many americans to believe that Al-Qaeda will leave them alone. In fact a few days after the Madrid bombings the same terrorist attempted to attack some trains in the south of spain but the explosives were discovered in time, the terrorist were chased down quickly so they had no choice than to blow themselves up in their appartment.
Only last week another Al-Qaeda cell was destroyed that was only weeks away from another attack in Madrid...
At least the spanish know how to fight terrorism with intelligence.
But hey, of course on Fox and CNN they prefer to keep americans stupid and not to show the real side of the Spanish story.
Bush has also deceived the electorate, as this cheerful, composed, very-much-not-dead bin Laden proves at a time when the "war on terror" is supposedly Bush's top priority.
The spanish used their demcrocay and a huge turnout to vote away their lying, disrespectful goverment.
