The framing/cropping is ok for me but exposure is bad. I downloaded one of the shots and brought it up in photoshop - it's waaaaaay over exposed. I could tell that just from looking at it here. I tried to bring the exposure down but with a pic this far overexposed, your a little limited as to what you can do with it. Personally, I would rather underexpose my images than overexpose. Once you blow out the details, there's no way to get them back later

When I do a shoot, and need 400 images, I don't want to spend a day in photoshop afterwards.
If I am doing a portfolio where I need a dozen great photographs, and I am spending time with the set and lighting, that is very different.
