Hendrix missed by 1 million. Sinatra is of a very old generation (the parents of those who are now middle-aged) so his stuff won't sell the same. The same thing will happen to Elvis as the kids today don't know who he is. Just a cycle. Tupac was a thug so he can't be marketed to middle aged buyers, most of whom detest hiphop. The current teen and young adult generation know him and have buying power which is why he missed by 2 million.
