Don't need to do that, I write about this stuff for a living.

Fact is there are very few big guys walking around yet millions of people are shoving these shakes down, dont kid yourself please.
What's your point here? Sucking down a shake isn't going to turn me or anyone else into Ronnie Coleman, that's determined by genetics and how much gear you can afford. I'm not saying that, nor did I ever say that. I do think that a MRP immediately after a workout is important, because your body needs nutrients as quickly as possible while it is in an anabolic state. If you wait too long, that anabolic state will quickly turn into a catabolic state. No matter what you NEED to eat SOMETHING after a workout, and MRPs are quick, convenient, and contain most everything your body needs for a post workout recovery.
