    apparently this girl kill the animals 15 minutes prior to the photoshots..it's real, no photoshop....

    what do you think about it? apparently she's making a statement...

      As far as her "art" is concerned, I don't think anybody really has a right to judge what does and does not constitute art. The fact that she uses dead animals does not make it any less of a work of art, in my opinion. Most artists strive to evoke emotion and sometimes controversy, so if that was a goal of hers, she's definitely accomplished it. If these pieces of art had been just digitally enhanced photographs, people would call them beautiful and forget about them. She definitely wouldn't have received all of this attention and notoriety had they not been real.

      Now as to my personal opinion of her art, I think it's disgusting and horrific! I could never find beauty in death or carcasses. The only statement it makes to me is how heartless and pitiless some people can be when it comes to their own personal gain. According to some articles I read, the only law she's breaking is the one that says she must have a veterinarian present when she kills the animals. Although I don't think she should be locked away as some people suggest, I also wouldn't hang a piece of that "art" on my wall if you paid me.

          I kill animals for fun, so killing for art makes no difference to me.
          However I do think artists are a goofy bunch (my father being one) they do shit just because they feel like it then morons who don't know anything call it "great works of art". oh well

                                  Millions of animals are killed for food each day. Killing a few for art certainly is no worse than that. And no, humans do no need to eat meat, so killing animals for food is not necessary.

                                  As for her "art", she's a fucking hack with no talent whatsoever. Shocking is easy, and does not constitute art. It's nothing but a desperate attempt to turn the combination of having a total lack of talent and being a pathetic attention whore into fame. Not only is she nothing but a bad parody of an artist, she's a fucking leech and should be shot for destroying the very concept of art by means of utter incompetence.

                                                      I don't know. Maybe she's not making one, she's just trying to catch her 15 minutes of controversial bullshit eyeball time. I mean, the subject matter is so intense that the art itself is lost, that is not art.
