only things important that i have on my computer i already have burned on a cd, so i rarly backup, only when i get something new that i need ill burn it, but thats about it.

once a week unless i have done a major project then i back up right away. once you've had a few hard drive crashes then you get a bit paranoid.

My hosting company take backups everyday.
I download server backups 1-2 times a month just to be safe.
I cant remember when I did backup my workfolder the last time.
I would be fucked if I lost all files.
Atleast I would lose years of research and other stuff if something goes wrong.
I think im gone take a backup right now...
