I've heard it was moved as well. Makes since as the 51 area has become far too much of a tourist trap. So there is no way the govt could conduct any real top secret testing there. Not at least anything they flys.
Something that I've been wondering about and I know our guys are working on is
this . When the Soviet Union fell it was found out they had been working on a way to travel underwater at speeds faster than sound. What this would mean is not only could you travel underwater faster than sound, but so could a missile or torpedo which wouldn't be able to be detected until it was too late.
My dad was in Nuclear weapons back in the Vietnam era and he has always said the shit they had back then would still amaze you today. I believe the thing about the molecular flow stuff because I remember reading about some scientist being able to teleport a atom. Was big news for about a day then you never heard anything about it.
