You base your decision on ratio over one signup? Dude.... try sending 100k uniques to a program and then look at the real ratio.

You don't send a few hundred hits to a program and then decide the program has a bad ratio. ALL aspects of the process must be considered, starting with your sites and where your traffic comes from, and how you send that traffic to the sponsor. It's not as simple as asking a sponsor what their existing ratios are.
