www.dickmansdesign.com (I guess since this Rconn guy owns them then you won't use them but VERY good designers)

I mean, come on... It really looks like Barney ate a box of crayons and puked it up all over the site.
For some reason I find the designs on there offensive to the eye.
Not much diversity in the styles, and it looks like most of the designs are just copies of templates on http://www.templatemonster.com. Not saying they are stolen, but, the style is very similar. Not very original.
WAY too many colors all over the place. A class in color theory is badly needed IMHO.
Something for everyone to think about, most good designers are either doing thier own projects, are exclusive to only a few companies, or just don't have time to get new work because they are already overloaded.
Aaron... I'll hit you up on ICQ re: this project of yours. If I can't do it for you, I may know a few people who I can recommend for you.

I'm not going to insult your designs, but when I was looking for a designer after vegas, I asked about 5 paysite owners for their top 5 designers list. So out of the 25 or so they listed, well..this is the first time I've ever heard of your site, and it had to come from your rep. Speaks volumes.
Anyone can slap up a site and call themselves a designer. Hell Xman/Oracle Porn (or whatever he's calling himself nowdays) does that. But his shit doesn't sell, and nobody would trust him with actual money to do the designs.
I think Aaron's looking for PROVEN converters. Designers that can market and sell. And you're really showing you can't sell here.
