Looking at buying my first house.
I am going to visit it on friday.
It's nothing spectacular.
It's pretty modest.
Well located, small 2 bedroom bungallow, no basement.
No repairs required good size back yard, right downtown, 5 minutes away from the center of Ottawa, 2 minutes away from any services...
only 800 something sq. foot. But it's ok because it would be just me with a GF visiting and staying over sometimes.
For 93,000$ Canadian asking price, it's a hell of a deal.
