Fine, but they keep rebilling non-VISA clients and WE have to pay the BW for them to access our sites. If they don't find a way to come through by the 31st like they PROMISED, they aren't going to have many customers left, if they still have any, that is.
They had/have been assuring me that they would be completely caught up by the 31st. If they break that promise, they will lose what little credibility they have left. And their lack of updates doesn't help them.
