At best case scenario they are going to take you to ICANN arbitration (which costs them a $10K filing fee) and you will have to turn over the domain. Worse, they could get ICANN to rule that you need to turn it over then sue you for that 10K. Still worse, they can take you to open court (in their home state) and file damages against you.
the fee is only $1,500 you may have legal expenses but the filing fee is not that great.
Personally unless you are a canadian citizen, trying to make money like this just doesn't work because if they wanted the domain all they have to do is run up the legal expenses on you until you are belly up and the will get it.
Under Canadian law the loser pays so we will bury you under legal expenses threat doesn't work.
If you win the icann and they sue they better be sure they have a winning case because if they lose they are paying the legal expenses.

Slam dunk, they win! They can put the junior attorneys on the incident. If they see it, they can take it away from you. Often if you came by the name just tryiing to do your biz, they might throw ya a grand. The case prolly wouldn't even see a court room unless you pissed them off. See the ICAAN rules (link above). MY
