      Which zone files? Every DNS server on the net has zone files for its area of responsibility.

                          My ICQ is fucked up.

                          I dont really know how I can help you with this.. those files are just fucking huge.

                          And I cant give you my FTP login/pass

                          Just go through the loops.

                          Print out the form
                          Fax it to Verisign
                          Call Verisign and inform them of your Request (This should make them go faster)
                          You should get access the next day or two
