When you get a group of people like this together with the intent of networking take a minute or two to get everyone introduced. In the setting we were in yesterday for lunch I was having a hard time trying to figure out who was there for the webmaster lunch and who was just a patron.
I think you have a brilliant idea here.....my suggestion is to find a place where you can section off an area...
Great to see everyone there yesterday....I wish I would have known who was who....
