                              ...I've actually gotten a paper letter from Nintendo before for
                              "what a great game, boy was I tired after" being on a mainstream
                              page. They claimed I was infringing on "gameboy". Suprisingly,
                              their law firm accepts collect calls. Less suprisingly they don't
                              issue apology papers.

                                  if anything aren't they just saying they like nintendo products henceforth advertising it?

                                  Nintendo just needs all the money they can get after thier R&D department ran dry, their Gamecube was outsold twice over by a new market entry in the consoles, and the PSP is about to show them the meaning of being econmically double penetrated in thier virgin handheld's ass.
