Not trying to start anything here but that is very common practice. I know from past experiance that when ever I start dealing with someone new the first invoice should be marked as Payment Due Upon Recept. Depending on my mood that day it may have to be made before I will provide any service. I have been screwed too many times in the past with non-payment. After the first month is paid for it's usually more casual because there is at least the begining of a trusting relationship (ie. LOL I actually told them that once, used a different choice of words though. It was more along the lines of Hi, Bree I'm gonna have to cancel your feeds. To which I got into an hour long phone talk about some of the problems I was encountering with them (some not working, BW capping that was casueing members durring peak times to not be able to access them etc...) to which I got the previous month credited, the BW cap increased, 2 more feeds packages for free and $250 taken off the monthly bill.Originally posted by Road Rash

If they sent you an invoice and you told them im not paying wouldn't you expect to have your feeds shut off ?? If I had just told them to fuck off I'm not paying knowing them the feeds would have been shut off and it would have ended in a lawsuit.
