I think if you can't handle the responsibilties associated with sex then you shouldn't be having it. To me, it is life and I could never even consider ending it for my own selfish reasons.

                                                                          Having said that, I would ask those considering it to think hard about what they are doing, and if they feel it is the right decision for them, then that is something they have to live and deal with and I would respect their decision.

As she struggles for her life the medical reports come back and it shows that she had been impregnated by the rapist. The rapist has been caught and it turns out that he is a serial rapist with a wrap sheet a mile long. You hate that motherfucker for what he did to your innocent 17 year old yet you are going to be a grandparent to that rapist's offspring. You'll resent that child for the rest of your life and it will serve as only a constant reminder of the brutality your precious daughter faced on the night she was raped.

                                                                                                                              I think having unwanted children and not caring for them properly is one of the worst things you can do. Why should the children suffer? It can also destroy the careers of the parents, if they have any. And if not then it is even more reason for them not to have children. There are enough children with fucked up families in this world, and enough parents using the government to support them.

                                                                                                                                      as the daughter of an adopted man I agree that I am not in favour of abortion for ME. However, just like you, I don't think that whilst something is legal I have the right to stop others from doing it. Also, I would rather have women going to clinics than to back alley butchers which would happen if it were banned. Banning doesn't make things go away. It just makes them unregulated.

                                                                                                                                          I believe it's not fair to bring an unwanted child into the world - look at all the kids running around pawning off their babys to chase guys even more than they did before they had the baby that they thought would make their boyfriend of the month love them and stay with them, because they think they have to since girls with a kid isn't appealing to most young guys.

                                                                                                                                          I also think that if you're life isn't stable enough or doesn't accomodate a little person that requires a lot of attention, you shouldn't have it. It's not fair to the child.

                                                                                                                                          I've seen a lot of people who use kids as a paycheck and think they should be required to have abortions rather than live off government money or someone else's money just because they don't have the sense god gave a piss ant.

                                                                                                                                          I'm not trying to come off unfeeling, I lost a child to a miscarriage and understand it may be traumatic, but more people have to think about their situations logically.
