                                                          Btw, it's legal and untaxable as long as the cost is under a certain amount, they'll ship from somewhere like russia and if someone orders 5 cartons, they'll get 5 different packages to avoid getting it taxed.

                                                                                                                              Not to be a player hater, but in NY there is already legislation pending to permanatly ban any non-indian sales of cigs without the NY Tax stamp. Of course we are just one state out of many, but the whole internet tax free thing is going to come to an end soon. Most of the big online retailers have already started collecting taxs on purchases

                                                                                                                                                  Too bad they don't have DuMaurier and Players, who have to be the 2 top selling brands in Canada. A lot of Canadians have a hard time smoking American cigarettes...they smell different. Any smoker can walk in a room and know someone is smoking an american cigarette rather than a canadian one.

                                                                                                                                                  Hopefully one day they get in the top Canadian brands, it would sure help Canadian sales and they are more likely to buy since our cigarettes are probably more expensive than the American ones. Right now they are about $55 bucks a carton.
