They just froze my account because they say my credit card has no name or address associated with it! That's BS...I've had that card for years and used it at epassporte over a dozen times in the past. WTF? Now they want a shitload of information faxed to them or they won't unfreeze my account. I don't have time for this headache. So if they really think my card is fraudulent, does that mean their policy is "we only accept up to $2000 off a stolen credit card"?!?
ePassporte is pissing me off!

Ouch... how's that? What kind of card is that? I suggest to contact Kimmy Kim...Comment

Epassporte is a business still trying to figure itself out, had nothing but problems with them. First I was given false information by their support after this the damage was done and they blamed me for it and they froze my account too and now wanted me to indentify myself again by faxing drivers license, passport and other shit to them.
They need to come up with different procedures and have their "support" ppl know what they are talking about.Comment

That's right. I agree 100%... but I am a big fan of epassporte and it sounds scary.Originally posted by Ic3m4nZ

I am not allowed to send gift accounts any more... and I think they lose business with this new regulation.Comment

No kidding. They want driver's license, photocopies of the card (front and back), statements, etc. I don't even get statements...all online. Sending all that information is NOT secure, and it means no account for several days minimum. Not to mention the trouble of it all. This is costing me money!Originally posted by Observing

Please include your account name when you email me --
Everyone needs to keep in mind there are certain parameters which Visa and the banking system impose upon card issuers, in order to comply with the Patriot Act and the 'know your customer' rules.
We have no ability to circumvent either of these, nor would we choose to if we could --
I've found that most of these incidents are easily corrected within a short amount of time and I'll be more than happy to help you get it corrected.
I've not actually had anyone with a credit card where they didn't get any kind of printed statement (tho ePassporte doesn't provide a printed statement either lol) attempting to use our card.
I'm going to be out for a bit, I will be back before close of business today, and if you'll include your phone number in case I need to contact you immediately that would be even better.
Thanks

Well today Paypal frozed my account and I´ve tried to set a ePassporte account, but I dont like to upload funds on my account to have it running.
(I´ve lost like 270 bucks at Paypal. Im fucking broke)

Don't you know anyone from Argentina that needs some $50 work done and that can deposit in your bank account? That way you'll have the money to pay for the epassporte visa electron card and have your account running.Comment

I am sure you need an epassporte account.. and a client always can send a gift account for you with the amount he/she owes you so you don't even have to fund the account.Originally posted by Stomped

Well Paypal told me to fax them with driver's license and all that burocratic shit because Im using the Bank account of my aunt and she doesnt lives in USA, but she have the bank account in United States.
I sent a message to PP to unlock my account so I could transfer all the cash to an account in France (so I can control it better without the help of my aunt).
But this will be the last time I will use them, only to withdraw the funds and open a ePassporte account.
Until then, Im still screwed..

ModelPerfect,
Kimmy's comments are correct. She's off the grid right now, but if you want to send me your ePassporte username I'll make sure someone gets back to you.
Drop me an email at rand @ Paycom.net and be sure to include your eP username. Put GFY ModelPerfect in the subject line and cc cs @ epassporte.com .
