Marketing and sales is VERY broad.

You could be unethical and spam people, and call that marketing and sales.

You should specify what the person's tasks would be.

Well it also depends on if you're looking for someone inhouse or to work remotely. And full time or part time. What does the job entail? ect..

Word of mouth is a good way. We've had decent success posting a 'help wanted' ad on boards.

I am actually at this point just trying to aquire information on what has gone good for people.

Ie., have you used any online job hireing program, or boards, or word of mouth.

I personaly think alot of word of mouth is usualy how good employees are found.
